Summary
High profile philanthropist/spouse of well know financial services C-Suite executive is seeking a personal assistant to support her and her family. Responsibilities will include: performing daily administrative support for principal and family members with discretion. Support the payment of household expenses, household inventories and purchases (art, antiques, jewelry), staff issues, charitable donations, and insurance. Oversee and communicate with chauffeur regarding daily transportation requirements. Manage personal calendar, including social schedule, business, and personal appointments. Will communicate with the assistants and support staff of family members for calendar purposes. Support, coordinate with and assist house managers, chef and other household staff with projects, repair, and maintenance decisions, purchases, inventories, and scheduling. Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as they arise. Role works out of the home and needs flexibility for 24/7 support as it arises. In home hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm. Some domestic travel is required – approximately 1 work week a quarter.
Qualifications
Completed BA/BS degree is required. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, supporting an executive in a personal and executive assistant capacity. Must be professional, discreet, detail oriented, and flexible to handle responsibilities as needed. Must have long tenured roles and be able to obtain performance references. Must be comfortable arounds cats. The employee will be required to climb multiple flights of stairs and occasionally lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds.
Compensation: $125-140K plus Bonus
